Properties outside our primary service area may include a travel fee, quoted before you book.
Who pays for the inspection?
Inspections are paid by the customer who orders them, typically the homeowner, buyer, landlord, or builder. Insurance companies do not usually pay for four-point or wind mitigation inspections. When an insurer or other company assigns an inspection through its own vendor process, that company’s terms apply instead.
