Full Home Inspections
Buying a home is a major decision. A full home inspection gives you a visual evaluation of the home's accessible systems and components, and a clear report that explains what was observed and what may need attention.

Common questions
How long does a home inspection take?
Most single-family homes take two to four hours on site, depending on size, age, and condition.
When should I schedule the inspection?
As soon as your contract is signed. Inspection periods in Florida contracts are often short, so early scheduling leaves time to review the report and negotiate if needed.
Does the inspection include mold, termites, or septic systems?
No. These require separate, specialized inspections by appropriately licensed professionals. We can note visible conditions that may warrant further evaluation.
